Ecomaster Office Case Study

Ecomaster started out as a small local family-owned business in the 1970s, manufacturing furniture in the Midlands and supplying top department stores and furniture warehouses such as House of Fraser, Allders and DFS. Since then, they have expanded considerably and today are considered to be the UK’s foremost furniture repair and restoration company. With their expansion continuing apace, Ecomaster recently required Flow’s services in order to keep up with their exponential growth.

Since establishing themselves as a small furniture manufacturer in the 1970s, Ecomaster has expanded enormously. Now they cover every corner of the entire United Kingdom and are widely known for partnering many of the country’s top furniture manufacturers and retailers and for supplying some of the world’s largest hotel and leisure groups.

Although they now have a commercial division that includes builders, plumbers and electricians, and can take on huge renovation projects from scratch to completion, they are still at heart a furniture company, which is why when they needed someone to help them fit out the new spaces they needed, they chose a company they trusted to know as much about furniture as they did.

When Flow started working with Ecomaster, our brief was not only to provide additional desk space for their call centre but also to relocate their accounts department and their management team. As well as providing layout drawings and samples for new desks, chairs and privacy screens that would match the existing furniture, we also had to work within a strict budget, so we made sure to utilise as much of the existing office furniture as we could.

Now with their new spaces matching their brand and fulfilling their vision for the future, Ecomaster is able to continue expanding and providing renovation solutions for which they have become famous.
