Now Careers is a hugely prestigious recruitment agency specialising in Construction, Housing & Development and Accounting & Finance. They have over 20 years’ experience and an excellent international reputation for delivering a specialist careers service to both candidates and clients throughout Britain and Australia. Naturally, when they needed a new location for their head offices in Birmingham – the city where it all started for Now Careers – they turned to Flow Office Co to make it happen.



Now Careers is a specialist recruitment company that has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 1992. In recent years, they expanded so much that they had to relocate from their existing premises in Birmingham to a totally new building. Flow was on hand to make sure that their relocation was a smooth-running success.

As Now Careers had taken on more new employees than their old space could cope with, it was part of Flow’s remit to provide desk layouts in order to accommodate the increase in staff and take full advantage of the available new space. We created a layout that included 30 desks, a meeting room, two interview rooms, a reception, a kitchen and an office for the managing director.

We worked alongside the fit-out company, figuring out the exact positions of all the desks, taking into consideration power and data. We also provided samples of all the materials to be used, including furniture fabric. We advised on furniture options, offering mid- to high-range desks and chairs. We even provided alternative layouts for both the office desk and reception area, providing 3D visuals of layout options for all furniture and making it as easy as possible for Now Careers to achieve their dream of the perfect premises.
