The Client
Wills & Trusts are a wealth management trust with offices across the UK. The chartered financial planners offer a complete and deeply personalised approach to managing your wealth.
The Project
This was a multi-site project, with more sites being added as we completed. Our task was to design and install 4 offices that had two advisors rooms each with a small break out room. The client wanted a classic, traditional look, with neutral colours. They wanted the branding to be same in every brand so when a customer walks in, they know they’re in Wills & Trusts.
The branches covered were: Henley-in-Arden (and their training centre), Winchester, Moreton-In-Marsh (Cotswolds), and Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
The task for Flow Office was to project manage, design and deliver their vision.
In all four branches, we covered:
- Partitioning
- Flooring
- Lighting
- Air conditioning
- Complete furniture fit-out
- Kitchen areas
- Toilets
The Benefits
Elevated comfort and privacy
Advisors and their clients now experience elevated comfort and privacy. Using the glass partition in the reception area allows advisors to discuss private matters with their clients whilst others are waiting. The second larger advisor rooms come with a waiting room. Clients can relax before sitting down and discuss future work with their advisors.
Flexible, immersive education
The boardroom’s smart-boards improve training through interactive learning. The tables can also be reconfigured between boardroom and classroom styles. This flexibility gives trainees a fully-immersive education.
Ready to work straight away
The advisors’ room tables all come with built in chargers. Advisors turn up to work, plug in their laptop and can start the day with no hassle.
Near-perfect audio over Zoom
With acoustic panels covering their media room’s walls, advisors can meet with clients all across the world without losing audio quality. The panels protect noise from getting in whilst softening harsh sounds, like typing on a keyboard.
