With a collective experience in banking and financial services of more than 200 years, Prosperity’s mission is to work closely with their clients — sometimes also with their clients’ accountants and advisors — helping them not only to conserve but also to increase the wealth that they have created.
Prosperity’s clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, but they tend to be ordinary business owners and employees, many of whom have since retired.
Having significantly outgrown their existing office space, Flow were tasked with designing new premises for Prosperity that would cater for up to 135 members of staff, as opposed to their previous total of only 35 staff.
The space was a large open plan office that was split in two by a single walkthrough. Flow designed the space so that the client could accommodate permanent staff as well as a large number of hot-desking advisors. Ultimately, we were able to keep the design quite simple but very effective, by splitting the open plan office into two halves. We then passed our 3D designs on to GI Build, the contractors chosen to create the internal space, who then set about the task of interpreting our plans and making them a reality.
The project involved Flow liaising closely with both the client and the contractor, to ensure that the vision for the office space could be realised as planned and without any hitches.
As a number of existing offices needed to be ripped out and new offices created in their place, one of the main challenges lay in ensuring that each of the new rooms were created to the correct specifications. Another involved rewiring the entire space so that the new offices were all correctly connected. To achieve this, Flow’s crew spent several days on site marking out floor box positions so that electricians could then confidently relocate the existing floor boxes to fit with the new desk layouts.
Once this was completed, Flow was then able to deliver and install all the office furniture and seating, to deadline and within the client’s precise budget.
The entire project took 3 months from start to finish.
Prosperity Wealth now has an office space that is fit for purpose, that can accommodate its growing team and that will serve them well for the future.
With plenty of hot desking, they now have the flexibility to bring in new staff as required and have them operational quickly.

We approached Lee at Flow Office following a recommendation from our IT provider. Our plan was to speak to 3 companies to get their design and quotations. However, following the initial consultation with Lee at Flow, the advice that he gave us and the initial 3D designs he provided were exactly what we had in mind so we felt no further need to look elsewhere. He had ticked every box on our brief and gave us ideas we hadn’t thought of ourselves. The price quoted was actually less that we had budgeted which allowed us to up the specification of the office seating and desking. Lee even took the time to mark out every floor box for our electricians to ensure that when installing his furniture everything was aligned. I couldn’t recommend Lee and Flow Office highly enough
