Meet Our Team
Lee is a Co-Director of Flow. He has worked in the office design and furniture industry for the past 32 years, gaining invaluable industry-wide experience. His experience provides a well-rounded view of the office furniture and fit-out industry and his expertise in office planning, design and layout form the core of what Flow is all about.
Lee Gill
Managing Director
With over 30 years in high-level sales negotiations, Sam handles all aspects of the business including financials, sales, planning and client relationships.
As an NLP practitioner with BSC Hons Psychology and Neuroscience, she can consult with clients on workplace wellbeing to boost productivity.

Sarah is PA to our MD, Lee, with over 26 years of experience working in the Office Furniture and Interiors industry. During this time, she has developed an invaluable specialism in 3D CAD & space planning, making her an expert in every office furniture.

Personal Assistant
Ann has 26 years of experience with office furniture, as a space planner for a leading manufacturer, in a sales role, and then joining Flow in an administrative role for a better work-life balance. She is passionate about our culture and values and has key skills in understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
